Moorestown Events
Community events, festivals, and activities that bring Moorestown together. There is always something happening in the Town of Quality.
Moorestown's community calendar stays full year-round. From seasonal festivals and farmers markets to outdoor concerts, holiday celebrations, and civic events, there is always a reason to get out and connect with your neighbors. The events reflect what makes Moorestown special: a community that genuinely values coming together. For the year-round rhythm of town life, pair this calendar with the Seasonal Activities guide and the Things to Do hub.
As of late October 2026, the Moorestown calendar is moving from the fall festival season into Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the holidays. Autumn in Moorestown took over Main Street on Saturday, October 10, with arts and crafts vendors, artisan foods, an antique and classic car exhibition, craft beers, kids activities, and live entertainment from the Moorestown Business Association, and the township's town-wide fall yard sale landed on the first weekend of October. Still ahead this season: the farmers market continues weekly on Saturday mornings through late fall, and Parks and Recreation has a round of family fall celebrations planned, including Halloween on the Green, a Spooktacular Movie Night, and Pumpkin Palooza. Halloween night itself has a full slate: the Lenola Fire Company hosts its Halloween Spooktacular at 229 N. Lenola Road, and The Ritz Theatre Company runs Halloween shows and its Spirit Night at the Haunted Ritz. The Moorestown Historical Society ends its Halloween season with The All Hallow's Eve Spectacular, the finale of its Living History and Ghosts Walking Tours. Thanksgiving week brings two signature events: the Main Street Candlelight Stroll with the Thanksgiving pie-judging contest on Saturday, November 21, and the Moorestown Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 26, at the high school cross country course. Looking further ahead, The Community House on Main Street hosts the Miracle on Main Street Holiday Village on Sunday, December 6, which combines the annual Tree and Menorah Lighting, the Children's Holiday Shop, and artisan crafts, with the Moorestown Lions Club holiday parade expected on the first Saturday of December. On the dining front, King's Road Brewing has opened a taproom in the former pool/library room at the Community House, the early step for Community House Brewery, New Jersey's first education-based microbrewery, a partnership between the Community House of Moorestown, Rowan College at Burlington County, and King's Road Brewing Company. Event dates continue to be confirmed by the township and the Moorestown Business Association, so check back often.
